By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The suggestions, crop advice, and weather alerts provided by Smart Shetkari are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated algorithms.
- Possibility of Error: AI models may occasionally generate incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information.
- Not Professional Advice: The App is a support tool and does not replace the advice of a qualified agricultural scientist or government expert.
- No Liability for Losses: Enovate IT Outsourcing Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, crop failure, soil damage, or yield reduction resulting from the use of this App. Users utilize these suggestions at their own risk.
We strongly recommend verifying critical farming decisions with local Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) or agricultural experts.
3. Accounts & Authentication
To use Smart Shetkari, you must login using your Mobile Number or Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your farm details (Shet Tapshil) to ensure the best possible AI performance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or app code.
- Upload false data intentionally to manipulate the system.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Enovate IT Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. The "Smart Shetkari" name and logo are trademarks of Enovate IT.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the App.
